How ripped /muscular can you get without using any PEDs (Performance Enhancing Drugs)

Today fitness industry has grown to a very large extent. We see those huge muscular ripped af and highly vascular beasts almost everywhere but the question is what it takes to reach to that level? . Is it even possible to reach to that level ever naturally? We will answer these questions in this post.




Let's talk about the problems that come in our way of getting big muscular and ripped at the same time-

1.The more muscles we build, the more we break. Means muscle atrophy(breaking down of muscle) depends upon the mass of our muscle. A time comes when the amount of muscle we build in a day breaks down again into protein regularly so it is like a state of equilibrium where you can't build any more muscles.

2.Another problem is related to cutting (fats). It doesn't matter how good your genetics are, how much is level of your testosterone(not includes synthetic testosterone injected) there's no way you can lose fat and gain muscle at same time. So when we start doing cutting, we shed some good amounts of fat along with some good amount of our hard earned muscles so thats like spinning the wheel.

So what is the physique we should aspire for?



Hold on buddy your aspiring a bit high. This kind of physique cannot be obtained naturally. This vascularity, lean physique and huge size isn't possible naturally.


He claims to be natural that's the reason he got tons of haters. That physique isn't even possible if you only take steroids. You have to take some other drugs like HGH(Human Growth Hormone) to get this big


This is actually best aesthetic physique you can actually build naturally if you have good genetics. This should be your aim. Not ripped as fuck, not much big, not veins popping out of skin this is real natural physique


If you choose bulking and getting big, this is the amount of muscle you can obtain naturally.

Summing up all, we should set our goals to an extent that is even possible. Today's fake nattys higher our aspirations. That really breaks our hope when we workout for like 5-10 years and we are nowhere near them.
